Chairman
Dr. Sim Piseth (Henry) is a medical doctor having completed his fellowship in the United States of America and Germany. As Chairman and co-founder of his new property development with his wife, his is vision was to create affordable housing for Cambodians with an emphasis on quality.
In 2020 he founded a new development project renamed to “Borey Arey Ksat”. The integrated development will be a modern residential and commercial development for people to live, work and enjoy in, with absolute attention to quality.
His vision is to create residential units with modern lifestyle in the new developing area that is good for living and investment.
Chea Ly Kun

Ms. Chea Ly Kun (Flora) is a true entrepreneur learning the trade in the jewelry business since her younger days, an inheritance from her family.
She specializes in jewelry design with luxury craftsmanship to add more value to just gem stones.
With a desire to make a positive impact and a chance for Cambodian people to invest their money on property real estate and provide the better living standard to her buyer.
Chan Kanha

Ms. Chan Kanha, better known as MasterChef Chan Kanha is the ‘Best Female Chef’ in MasterChef Khmer (Season 1). As celebrity chef today, she has her own YouTube Channel, appeared in talk shows, interviews with newspapers, and Brand Ambassador Representative for Knorr, Mee Chiet, Panasonic and more.
In addition she has also numerous culinary awards, appeared in commercials, one of the judges for a world beauty pageant, acted in a movie and short film that won the CSR award among others.
Ms. Chan Kanha was working in the real estate sector before and is now a career businesswoman that has partnerships and owns several companies.
