The development project extends on 15 hectares of land and located in Lvea Aem district approximately 13 kilometers from Kampong Chamlong Phnom PenhArey Ksat ferry. Borey Arey Ksat will be the first ntegrated property development project in Leav Aem that comprise of Link Houses, Shop Houses, Twin Villas, Villas and Club House with swimming pool, gym, recreational facilities and more in Phase 1.

(2023) In Phase 2, besides housing, other amenities added will include a Community Shopping Mall, an International School and University and an International Hospital.

(2024) Phase 3 is slated to begin in 2024/2025 with the aim to build affordable apartments mainly for Cambodians and integrated with commercial office space.
